Terms of engagement

We suggest an initial one-hour meeting to learn more about each other and discuss your objective in broad terms. We would prefer to meet you at your business premises to gain context around how you manage your business and why you are doing what you do. There would be no charge for this initial meeting.

If both parties agree we would then prepare a short written assessment. The report will quantify the strengths of the business and list actions to address potential obstacles to achieving your objective. This would be charged at an agreed nominal rate. Thereafter we would agree a fixed fee or an hourly rate.

We would like to hear from you, regardless of where you are in refining your ideas. Sharing your concept and using The Concept Cube as a sounding board will accelerate the success of your enterprise.
